Message From The Board of Directors
We would like to express our honest gratefulness and thankfulness to the God Almighty; we would also like to express our great appreciation to the cooperate and support given to us by all business partner. We fell honored and proud to introduce PT.PALADIN INTERNATIONAL as one of the existing good insurance broker companies.
Within the current growing business world with its complex and changing economic conditions, ensure that such condition will bring impact either positive or negative, and will create potential risks to the company's .financial as well to the company assets. Hence, we anticipate the condition by designing a beneficial protection/insurance program and delegate the risk-handling task to a credible insurance company.
Due to slight public awareness of the importance of an insurance broker has motivated the company to not only perform as an intermediary between insurance company and policy holder, but more than that it perform as consultant suggesting which type of protection program is suitable for the client by utilizing a method of efficiency and accuracy. We believe that positive attitude a strong confidence is the main keys to company's great success. Those key factors support us in giving a lasting and professional service to the clients, also in following the industry trends by continuous and innovative product improvement in order to strange then the trust of the policyholders.
Moreover, human resources success that are highly qualified, competent and professional are considered as capable of driving our growth especially in condition when competition profoundly tight. Due to that, we have prepared a special program to upgrade skill and knowledge of our staff accordingly to the insurance law No. 2/1992, concerning employee's education, training, seminar and the likes cope with changes resulting from the globalization era.
